The office returned my call within a few hours which was lovely since we were having backups and had never dealt with a septic system before. The app't was set for 2 days after the call and the service team showed up promptly just when they said they would be there. The team was very efficient, got us running smoothly again and were extremely helpful as far as teaching us about how to treat our system. Done and gone within 45 minutes! The guys showed up and were there on time. They taught me some things about the septic tank I didn’t know such as the maintenance on the filter that is in there and how to trouble shoot backups etc. When it came to the workings of the system they were very helpful including telling me about the oak tree across the street and the damage it will do to my field if I don’t take some preventative maintenance with copper sulfate.
